How does crowdfunding work?
Each design needs a minimum number of orders before production starts. You pay upfront to reserve your spot. Once the goal is reached, production begins and your nails ship in 2-3 weeks.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel anytime before production starts for a full refund. Once production begins, all sales are final.
How much is shipping?
Free! Shipping to the US is included in the price. All duties and taxes are also included — no surprise fees on delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement — no need to return the original.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 2-3 weeks after the production goal is reached.
